Data handling for entrovik.com.
This notice covers the public marketing site, contact form, and policy playground. It does not describe a customer's self-hosted Entrovik deployment, which remains under that customer's control.
Information we process
When you submit the contact form, we process the name, email, company, role, organization size, topic, and message you provide. The delivery service also includes your IP address, user-agent string, source page, and site identifier in the notification so we can identify abuse and understand the request.
The public playground processes the synthetic prompt you submit to execute the selected Entrovik policies. The playground does not contact an AI provider and does not write submitted prompt content to Entrovik audit storage. Standard web access logs still record request metadata such as time, path, status, user agent, and network address.
The site emits limited first-party interaction events, such as demo intent or contact submission, to a same-origin endpoint. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics.
How information is used
- Respond to product, security, technical, pilot, partnership, and procurement requests.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and public playground.
- Detect spam, abusive traffic, and attempts to exhaust the public sandbox.
- Measure aggregate interest in major pages and conversion actions.
Service providers and delivery
Contact-form notifications are delivered to the Entrovik operator through Telegram's Bot API. Information included in the form notification is therefore processed by Telegram under its applicable terms and privacy practices. Do not submit provider credentials, production prompts, health information, or other sensitive content through the marketing form or public playground.
Website hosting and network providers process request metadata needed to deliver and protect the site. Entrovik does not sell contact information.
Retention
Rotated website access logs are configured for up to 30 days. Contact notifications remain in the operator's protected Telegram account until they are deleted as part of normal sales and support housekeeping. Public playground content is evaluated in memory and is not intentionally retained as audit content.
Your choices
You can browse the static site without submitting a form. To request access, correction, or deletion of contact information, use the contact form and select “Security and compliance review.” We may need to retain limited information where required for security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
